The SOS issued an Advisory mandating the law be followed requiring sequentially numbered ballots. It’s also required the judges place several ballots, number side-down on the table for the VOTER to pick one. The judge is no longer handing you, your ballot. The ballot you pick up is your special, secret ballot. Look at and commit to memory, or write down, the number of your ballot. You will then hand your ballot to the clerk to print your specific ballot style. Your ballot style tells the vote machine what candidates should show up for you to vote on. Know who is to be on your ballot. There are district candidates. Take in your sample ballot to ensure all your candidates appeared on your ballot. No more and no less.
