Texas can enforce a law against so-called vote harvesting in the upcoming election, a federal appeals court panel ruled Tuesday.
The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals said a lower court’s Sept. 28 injunction against provisions in the GOP-backed 2021 election security law came so close to next month’s vote that the ruling risked disrupting that process in a way the Supreme Court has repeatedly warned against.
